Skills are learned abilities. The level of the skill shows how adept your character is at completing certain tasks. The skill level can be increased by gaining a sufficient amount of experience points (XP). Skills have maximum 10 levels. Whenever the player performs tasks (build, run, shoot, sneaks, repair, fish, trap, etc.) they gain experience points (XP) that count towards the skill used.
